Who We Are

Leverage Labs BJJ is a youth development program that uses Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and mindfulness to help middle school students build confidence, resilience, emotional regulation, and meaningful connections. Through physical challenge and intentional reflection, we equip young people with practical tools to develop healthy habits, navigate life's challenges, and thrive as part of a supportive community—both on and off the mats.
